🧂 Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings):

  1. 1 lb lean ground turkey (93% lean)
  2. 1 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1 tsp onion powder
  4. Salt & pepper to taste
  5. 4 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
  6. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  7. ½ cup sliced pickles
  8. ¼ cup shredded cheddar or feta (optional)
