A Note on Missed Appointments
When you make an appointment with your Alternative Health Care Concepts, Inc., the time is reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to show up, the hour is lost. In consideration to others it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Therefore, a full charge will be made for all broken appointments (i.e., missed appointments, no shows, cancellations, and reschedules) unless a 24-hour prior notification is given.
Last minute cancellations are appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session. Please be mindful and respectful and cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance.
