Herbed Garlic Steak with Roasted Vegetables
Why it’s fertility-friendly:
- Steak (lean cut like sirloin or ribeye) → rich in zinc and iron, important for sperm health and ovulation.
- Garlic & herbs → anti-inflammatory and good for blood circulation.
- Roasted veggies (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli) → fiber and antioxidants for gut health.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 lean steaks (6–8 oz each)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary or thyme
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, and roast for 20–25 minutes.
- Rub steaks with garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear 4–5 minutes per side (medium) or to your liking.
