Classic Herbed Yogurt Dip   

Calories (per 2-tbsp serving): ~35–40 kcal

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (about 150g)
  2. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley, and garlic.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Tips for Serving

  1. Serve with fresh veggie sticks such as carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, or celery.
