Classic Herbed Yogurt Dip
Calories (per 2-tbsp serving): ~35–40 kcal
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (about 150g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley, and garlic.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Tips for Serving
