Instructions

2️⃣ Assemble the Quesadilla

  1. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  2. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture, then top with the remaining cheese. Place the second tortilla on top.

3️⃣ Cook Until Crispy

  1. Cook for 3–4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla becomes crispy.

4️⃣ Slice and Serve

  1. Remove from the skillet, slice into triangles, and serve with guacamole, salsa, or a squeeze of fresh lime.
